For all of our concepts–Valeria Ristorante Italiano, Valeria Bakery, and Masa Nico–our philosophy is that life is too short to eat bad food or drink bad wine. We believe in knowing where our ingredients come from, and sourcing the very best!  We use ingredients from our farm outside of Boerne–Kuhn Farms–and from partners who care as much as we do about raising healthy plants and animals. We believe in clean food, without GMOs, trans fats, additives or unnecessary preservatives.

Founded in 2014 in Boerne, Texas, our flagship fine dining restaurant is where Chef Keith Kuhn’s rustic, classic Italian meets farm-to-table cuisine was born.

“This place never disappoints. The food is always spot on. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. The staff is amazing. My wife had the rigatoni with fresh sausage, my son’s girlfriend had the quail with a citrus glaze, my son had the crab cakes, and I had the lasagna. Every one of them were excellent. It is a little pricey, but when you want a home cooked Italian dinner, this place is a must.”
